As a senior manager and Certified Coach, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Change Management, and Project Management Professional (PMP), she brings a robust skill set in people development, project execution, and process improvement.

Throughout her career, Tynetta has led diverse teams and coached numerous individuals, focusing on enhancing their strengths and cultivating a growth mindset.
